My 10m2 furnished double bedroom is in a 50m2 furnished apartment with a French female flatmate.

Currently on a sabbatical teaching English abroad and not wanting to lose my apartment,I need a sub-letter for several months (until July 15th).

The apartment is located in a quiet and secure apartment complex in the 17th district of Paris. Good transport links (3 metros, many buses, velib...) to other parts of the city and close to many touristic sites (e.g. Moulin Rouge)

Neighborbood Overview:

Le 17e arrondissement est charmant. Plein des bars pas chers ainsi que chic à coté pour la vie sociale, il y a beaucoup des parcs à coté pour se poser et avec les transports, le reste de Paris est à peine 30 minutes, il y a les lieux touristiques (Montmartre, Sacre Cœur etc à 20 minutes de marche).

The 17th district is charming. For those wanting to enjoy the nightlife, there are lots of bars (a mix of cheap and chic), for those wanting to wander around and relax, there are plenty of parks nearby to choose from, and the abundance of transport means that you can connect to the rest of Paris within 30 minutes. Oh, and of course, the touristic sites such as Montmartre and Sacre Coeur are within 25 minutes walk of the apartment
