My apartment is cozy and bright, located on the heights of the Belleville area, between the métro stations Pyrenees and Jourdain, in a lively neighborhood with a great "village spirit". I will be pleased to welcome you in my flat redone by an architect.
The space
Sober and bright, the apartment faces the sunny South. Located on the 8th floor (there is an elevator!), it offers beautiful views on the Parisian rooftops.
Other things to note
Everything has been designed for the comfort of guests : the room has a "Sofitel bed" (180 x 200 cm) with sheets always ironed like in a hotel and the kitchen area is very well-equipped, including a dishwasher, which its always nice!
Guests will have access to their own closet.
Finally, the only inconvenience could be the Saniflo toilets that are a bit noisy during use.
