- There is an electric heating system in the studio. Your energy consumption must be reasonable, i.e. the equivalent of 8 KW/day. Any excessive consumption beyond this lump sum will be at your own expense.

Public transports. The closest metro stations are Rennes (L. 12), Saint Placide (L.4) and Sèvres Babylone (L.10). There are also many buses, vélib' and taxis on rue de Rennes in the neigbourhood.

Supermarkets. Small supermarket at the corner rue de Vaugirard / rue Littré or G20 at the corner rue de Rennes / rue Cassette. For larger supermarkets: Monoprix at Saint Germain des Prés, Bon Marché on rue de Sevres.

Market. There is a market in front of the building on Tuesday, Friday and Sunday (organic market).
