Our guest has exclusive access to this private spacious Garden Bed & Breakfast serene, that will help you relax. The studio garden apartment is located on the ground entrance of a French Renaissance Revival row house. It has been completely renovated, and features hardwood floors, radiant high tall ceilings, living room and a bathroom with a spa-like shower. The quiet, comfort and charm of this apartment make it a perfect base for exploring Brooklyn and Manhattan. The Fern is 10 mins from the A,C and J train lines. If you're traveling by bus, take the B52 and B26 bus line; it is less than 800 feet from retreat. The City Bike program is a 16 minutes walk from the property. Located on Marcus Garvey and Macon St. It's local parking on the street with no meter and or garage. BOOKING POLICY UPDATED: Our listing is made available for only clients who the booking name is under and one guest use only. Therefore, you are not allowed to change guest, resell, deep link, use, copy, monitor (e.g. spider, scrape), display, download, or reproduce any content or information, software, reservations, tickets, products, or services available from our Platform for any personal gain, commercial and competitive activity or purpose. The max number of guest for the space is two. The two rooms are adjacent to each other. The second room comfortably accommodates an adult with sufficient spacing. If there are three clients occupying the space during the same days, the shower and restroom is a shared space. As we are about to go live with another suite on the same floor. Bedrooms are all private rooms with locks on doors; shower and restrooms is in a separate space with lock on door. It has a Fireplace mounted in wall, Luxury Steam shower with shower jets Bathroom (NO TUB), Smart TV and Air conditioning and view overseeing the garden area of the property.
