The flat has 2 adult bedrooms + 1 child bedroom, surrounding a large living room overlooking the trendy canal saint-martin on the one side and an amazing terrace on the other side (exposed west ... ie sun bath in the afternoon and amazing sunset to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening).
