Southern Paradise Villa I is a brand new, luxury 3-bedroom Villa with a private pool, located only 300 meters only from the lovely sandy beach of Kalamaki. A few very nice restaurants and taverns can be found in short walking distance. Two mini-markets are also easily accessible on foot.

The space
Southern Paradise Villa I has an open plan area with a living room corner and a fully-equipped kitchen with all kitchen appliances and a dining table. Three bedrooms with king size beds and three en-suite bathrooms are provided.

A big refrigerator, an electric kitchen, a microwave, a dishwasher and a washing machine are provided. Satellite TV and wireless internet are offered. Air-condition is also provided in every bedroom and in the open plan area.

The has a private courtyard and a private pool of about 20 sq m. A few sun loungers and umbrellas are also provided.
