Our neighbourhood combines the relaxing summer holiday atmosphere with more facilities than you expect. The residence is nearly on the beach (one of the most frontbeach houses of the island), where you can smell the sea, hear the waves and forget any worries.

I adore meeting people when working or being on holidays. I adore our house in Kokkini Hani, built so close to the beach. You will sit on our balcony, have your lunch or drink, and enjoy the sunset over the sea. But even if you go to any room or sit on any sofa, your eyes will drop on the sea - you cant avoid it... Play or barbeque on the grass of the garden, walk on the sea, shop in the big supermarkets, order Chinese food home, visit local fish restaurants, even without having a car, you will spend here unforgettable holidays and you would love to come back.
