The house is on the 1st floor of the building and the access is obtained through stairs. The internal space is 140m2 and with balconies and porch it reaches 270m2. It features a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an office. Each room provides air conditioning & satellite tv, as well as access to balcony or the porch. The house is also suitable for winter destination, since it is equipped with central heating and a fireplace.
Private parking is also available.
