This apartment is a modern but also a traditional stone house, recently renovated (2020), in the heart of the old city of Chania. It was built in the early 16th century as a fortress, with the only purpose to protect the city mainly from pirate attacks and constitutes part of the Venetian wall. The residence is fully furnished and equipped in order to ensure a comfortable stay for its guests. It is an ideal place to stay for large families, large group of friends and couples.

Professional decontamination takes place to this apartment regularly. Due to the global pandemic that prevails today, the reception of visitors will take place without human contact and the keys will be stored in a special box, next to the outer entrance of the apartment. In only a few steps there is the famous municipal market of Chania, while in less than 15 minutes by foot, there is the sandy beach of Nea Chora. It's 13km to the airport of Chania and 145km to the airport of Heraklion from the house . The old city is a beautiful puzzle of Minoan, Venetian and Othoman architecture and full of hidden squares and alleyways.
