This is my unique home - a large, high ceiling, private-entry loft apartment on the roots of Filopappou hill. Utilized as a mattress sewing industrial space in the 60's and 70's, it has been my dream project to personally redesign and renovate the space, with respect to its industrial past.

A beautiful 15 minute walk through the wooded hill will lead you directly to Acropolis, while guiding you through other landmarks and breathtaking sunset & city views.

The space
The place is a newly renovated 90m² large, open space with an independent private entrance situated directly in front of Filopappou Square - which is also the view from the windows.

Most of the walls are under the ground level, which keeps the indoor temperature comfortably constant. Two large ceiling fans are installed, in case you need them.

Inside the house there is a 10-steps staircase.
