Travel Details from the host -> My name is Kostas Perrakis and I am co owner-founder of Kissamia Hospitality & lodging services at Kissamos (NorthWest corner of Crete island). With more than 23 years experience in travel industry (travel agent, operation field, hotel reservations, shipping companies), where i served in a number of management positions.The last 12 years am in charge of corporate hospitality & delivering the highest standards of service consistently. Also responsible for being a point of contact for guests should they have any queries. In charge of the budgeting and financial management, planning, organising and directing of all hotel services.Meeting and greeting customers, addressing problems and troubleshooting. Ensuring compliance with all licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations. Carrying out reception duties or serving meals and doing everything with the hotel customers in mind. I have a fantastic 12 years old daughter and hobbies are basketball, reading, cooking, travelling. Waiting for you in our lodgings and offer something for everyone from fabulous facilities for having fun to traditional Cretan villages where the centuries old traditions and lifestyle can still be seen and experienced. I strongly believe that hospitality is more than hotel management, logistics and operations. It is a culture, you can study to be a hotel manager but you cannot study to be hospitable.
