Sie steht auf einem privaten Grundstück zur Alleinnutzung und liegt am Rande des kleines Dorfes Kefalas in Apokoronas.
Ein perfekter Platz zur Entspannung für bis zu 4 Personen.
Barbecue, Klimaanlage, Internet/WLAN, TV, Waschmaschine, voll ausgestattete Küche usw.
Es ist einfach alles da um die schönste Zeit des Jahres in vollen Zügen zu genießen.

The space
Im Erdgeschoß befindet sich der offene Koch-, Ess-, Wohnbereich, sowie ein WC. Außerdem gibt es den Zugang zur Veranda, die sich fast um das halbe Haus zieht.
Im Obergeschoß befinden sich die beiden Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit Zugang zum Balkon mit dem fantastischen Meerblick. Außerdem gibt es hier ein Bad inkl. Dusche.

Das Haus liegt auf einem Hügel in ca. 350 Meter Höhe.
Nächste Strände sind in Almyrida (10Minuten) oder Georgeopolis (15Minuten).

Travel Details from the host -> I'm living in Germany with my wife Kerstin and we purchased this wonderful Villa in September 2019. We will be there in Kefalas every year for our holidays at least 3 times. When we are not there we would like to share this perfect place with other people until our retirement in some years. We are open, we are friendly and we are always glad to help if our guests have any questions or need something. Locally on Crete we have a very, very good friend who helps us with the house to welcome guests, to look for the house when we are not there, and to organize all necessary things.
