In Pessac, in a residential area, the "Candau" house is a pretty wooden house, adjoining that of the owners, but entirely independent.
72 m² fully furnished and equipped for 4 people:
On the ground floor, beautiful living space with fully equipped open kitchen (hood, induction hob, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, etc.), separate toilets.
The 15 m² cocooning terrace is equipped to allow you to enjoy moments of relaxation during your stay.
Upstairs 2 bedrooms (one with 1 double bed 160 and the other 1 double bed 140), dressing room, bathroom with Italian shower and toilet.
Sheets, towels and tea towels provided. Easy and free parking in front of the house.
To be paid upon arrival:
