The apartment is situated in an old property that was built in 1900 and that belongs to the historical legacy of Prague. As such, restoration works were done with help of Czech government funds.

A 2 rooms well appointed entirely renovated apartment of 60 m² in a historical building, including :

- a charming bedroom with 2 beds singles or kingsize (180 cm long), warm duvets, night tables, bedside lamps & a wardrobe.
Inside the wardrobe, hangers, blankets & an iron ; on the side, an ironing board & a laundry rack.
A baby cot (1 month - 4 years old) is provided for a family with one baby.
1 heater provides confortable heat for the entire room.
