Amazing 25m² apartment 5 mn from Champs Elysees and "Arc de Triomphe" Just behind the hotel Monceau. Good place for young couple an a great central place for getting an overview of Paris under 20minutes away. One big new double bed (contrary to the picture) and and possible mattress on the floor in the main room. Toilet on landing but privates (not shared). Long stairs up to the room (quite funny for healthy people;-)) Kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and living room !

Traditional service stairs to fly up to the apartment may be an interesting life experiences in Paris (sometime challenging but quite funny for healthy people ;)) ! In fact it is located on the 8th floor without lift and offers a view over the rooftops of Paris. It kept all the charm of Haussmann Spiral Stairs once used for maids.
