Sunny fully-furnished guest annex in 18th arrondissement available for rent short-term (min stay 7) or medium-term (upto 6 months). Ideal for a single person or couple.

The private living space measures 38m2 and comprises a small bedroom overlooking the courtyard (very quiet), a living room which leads onto a small balcony facing South (big enough to have breakfast for 2 on !), a well-equipped kitchen and a 'real' bathroom (bathtub equipped with shower).

I work in interior decoration and the flat features hardwood floors, white walls and some interesting decorative features (lighting is my speciality !). Most of the artwork on the wall is by friends.
