Neighborbood Overview:

We're living in the 19th Paris's district, where all the Parisien's class live together ! Whe love it !

In our street there are 3 shcools, so this is quite familial, but walking 5 mn you can find places very fun !

You just have to walk 1 minute to enter in the beautiful Buttes Chaumont Parc, that you can enjoy whatever the whether and the season.
This place was a stone carreer, and was transformed by Napoleon in a wonderfull "english-japanese" parc with an incredible variety of plants and trees. A perfect place to relax, pic-nic, walk, or jogg !
Up in the parc, the Rosa Bonheur's bar is very reputated for his nights !

If you walk 1 minute more from our flat, you also can enjoy the big Sport Space (swimming-pool, fitness, tennis, ice-skating...)

And if you walk about 10mn you find the Ourcq's chanel, ideal place to feel the parisian way of life, watching movies at the theatre,playing the french game "pétanque"with the parisiens peop

Bienvenue au USHINU Buttes-Chaumont , Nous sommes un couple chocolat au lait, Daship et Nugkui, travaillons dans le cinéma et la psycho-éducation …! Nous sommes très heureux d’habiter ce bel immeuble Haussmannien dans un appartement de trois pièces et juste aux pieds des Buttes-Chaumont! Nous aimons la cuisine, le cinéma, découvrir et partager la vie avec nos amis ou lors de nos voyages à travers le monde. Comme dans le petit village de Yutupis, Amazonie, Perou. Là-bas, nous avons eu un temps de découverte, d’apprivoisement, d'immersion et d’adoption réciproquement avec la population d'une tribu indienne. Nous ne sommes pas des natifs mais nous sommes familièrement attaché à et avec eux! Nous sommes les parents de coeurs de la petite Yanita, 6 ans, et sa grand mère est notre mama de coeur! Elles résident dans notre maison construite pour elles! Lorsque nous voyageons nous aimons être avec le population ainsi nous entendons mieux le coeur du pays, c’est pourquoi, en vous accueillant, nous espérons vous offrir la possibilité d’entendre celui de notre belle ville PARIS!!!! Au plaisir de vous accueillir…….!!!!
