The house is located in the heart of the "butte aux cailles" neighborhood, a very typical and charming area in Paris. It takes 20 mn by metro to reach the center of Paris.
The house is very spacious, 2 000 sq feet, surrounding a private garden with a terrace for meals, with a large living and dining area of 700 sq feet, an external kitchen patio, a HD home cinema room, 4 bedrooms with a queen bed, 3 bathrooms, a cabin for sauna and steam room, a Wifi network all over the place, and filtered drinking water. The house is on two floors. The floors of all the rooms are in massive oak parquet, except for the water rooms and the kitchen, in Italian ceramic and Bourgogne stones. No carpet at all!
