THE STUDIO
1st floor, very quiet with a very green garden (table, trees and flowers). 3 windows with view over the garden.
Kitchen fully equipped, refrigerator, washing machine, full dishes, oven. There is also a TV and high-speed Internet.
A bathroom with a shower and toilets.
Double size bed on the mezzanine and little kids’ size bed below the stairs (ideal for a child up to 7/8). Big table, sofa in the living room. The sofa can also be used as a bed for 1 person.

The location is fantastic! Right in the heart of Paris, 5th district, very Parisian, very safe, nice and friendly neighborhood.

You find yourself at 5mn walking from some of the most important monuments of Paris : Notre Dame de Paris, Panthéon, Jardin du Luxembourg, Jardin des Plantes, Quartier Latin, Saint Michel, etc

The Seine river is also very close to enjoy a romantic walk after diner.

There's a charming food market three times a week on the next street, a mini supermarket next door open till 10 pm, a best-known bakery at 50 meters and full of traditional and excellent shops in Rue Mouffetard, loads of trendy restaurants & bars in the neighborhood too (place Monge, place Contrescarpe famous for its old fashion coble-stone streets).
