My apartment is situated at 2 minutes by walk from metro lines 1,2,6,9 and RER A (Disneyland Paris directly). You can go everywhere in Paris within 20 minutes. The whole apartment and the furniture are new, the room is on the court side so it's very calm. It is situated in an Haussmaniann building very typical of Paris. It is 63sqm large.
The space
The 2 main points that make my apartment a good staying place is that it's a very comfortable and cosy place, where every furniture is new. Moreover, for whatever reason you came to Paris, either work or tourism, visiting Paris has never been such easily with the subway station nearby. The apartment is well equiped with the followings :
