My flat is sized for 2 persons, but can also welcome 4 people (with the sofa bed in the living room).
it is perfect for a stay in Paris : calm and cool, it is close to the river in the modern area of Paris, and only a few stop from the center.
The space
The flat is a mix of old (with the cheminée and the wood on the floor) and new (with the kitchen and bathroom that have just been restore a few months ago.
it is composed by the kitchen open on the living room, a room with a king size bed and the bathroom.
it's very calm, but it's also very close from bars, concerts room (most of them on boats), the river... It's only a few stop from the center of Paris (Chatelet).

you are more than welcome to use everythink in the flat (kitchen tools, spicies, TV...)
