My tiny (10 sq.meters) but cozy studio with a view is the ideal accommodation for a visit in Paris, in the 10th district. This bright and calm room is located on the 6th floor with elevator. It includes a private shower and shared toilets at the end of the corridor.
Please note that the wooden floor retains traces of the past. You will be near the Canal Saint-Martin, in a dynamic district. You will find all the comfort for 2 persons. Linens and towels will be provided. No wifi.

The studio is located in the 10th arrondissement of Paris.

This district is an emerging neighborhood where the picturesque walkways and bohemian cafes along the Canal Saint-Martin rub shoulders with the Indian restaurants of the Passage Brady. The streets around Place de la République are lined with trendy bars and restaurants, while the Saint-Martin market offers stalls of fine food. Rue Sainte-Marthe is a quiet alley with art studios and international cuisine restaurants. This district also includes the Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est train stations.

You will find yourself near a bakery, a mini-market, a pharmacy, a bank as well as two organic store.
