Furnished, sun-drenched, 55 square meter 2 bedroom apartment located on the trendy rue Oberkampf in the 11th arrondissement available by the week or month only. Good for 2 individuals or a couple. While the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, our preference is to host two. There is a 250€ supplementary charge/month for each guest after the second. There are two separate bedrooms and a large living room with a door that can close for privacy and with a 160cm couch bed that contains a real mattress meant for daily use.

The living room has a sony bravia flat screen with basic cable included. It is located about a block from the Parmentier metro station which is 1 stop from the Republique hub. It is situated between the Belleville chinatown neighborhood, Pere Lachaise Cemetary, the Bastille, and the northern Marais (3éme). There is the Popincourt open-air market Tuesday and Friday on bd. Richard-Lenoir between rue Oberkampf and rue de Crussol (just a few blocks from the apartment).

Travel Details from the host -> We are old college roommates who bought a Paris apartment together 16 years ago, having been bitten by the travel bug during a study abroad year. We have been renting for many years to study abroad students at New York University, professors, and researchers but have since decided to expand onto Air BnB. Jami lives in Stockholm and is a Professor and Kris lives in New York City and works for a Labor Union. We both travel extensively and have been both hosts and guests on Airbnb since the beginning.
