Our apartment is a former sewing workshop in an 18th century building in the heart of Paris, a stone's throw from Montorgeuil and Les Halles. It is on the 2nd floor (there is no elevator). Polters 3.30m high under the ceiling and original stones on a wall make the charm of the place and its brightness. The decoration is above all design and trendy mixed with a few touches of the old.

The space
The flat is all open like a loft and has a living and dining space, open kitchen, half open bathroom, and one bedroom (with a bed 160x200). The kitchen is perfectly equipped, there is air condition and heating (electronical reversible clim), wifi and flat TV in living room.

Important to mention: the place is quiet !

The flat is located in the heart of Paris, 2nd district or arrondissement, between the main sightseeings (20 minutes walking maximum away from Centre Georges Pompidou, Notre Dame, Louvre, Marais).

Our neighborhood is one of the oldest in Paris (it is in this district that in the Middle Ages there was the court of miracles which gathered about 30 000 brigands). It has been evolving for 10 years and has become one of the trendiest neighborhoods in Paris. We are 250 meters from the street Montorgeuil (pedestrian street) with lots of bars, restaurants, small shops, etc. We are 500 meters from the new district Les Halles. But you can also go on foot to Republic or on the main boulevards.

L'autre, après avoir travaillé dans les relations publiques (tourisme, design, etc.), est personnel navigant commercial (PNC) depuis mars 2019 chez Swiss. Nous vivons à Paris, dans cet appartement, depuis 12 ans et nous sommes ensemble depuis 17 ans maintenant !! Depuis quatre ans, nous avons un chien adorable et idéal, un Flat Coated Retriever, qui s'appelle Nyssa et qui aime gambader et nager. Nous voyageons beaucoup tous les deux (71 pays déjà faits !) ou avec des amis et nous aimons sortir le week-end en Europe ou dans la campagne française. - - - Two guys. One work in administration. The other used to work as a PR (tourism, design, etc.) and is now Cabin Crew for Swiss Air Lines.
