Welcome home! Welcome to Paris and welcome to my flat. It is a very recently renovated loft in the very middle of the trendiest area of Paris: le Marais... It is a pure jewel composed of beams, metal and glass.
The space
The surface of the loft/duplex is 120 m2, containing 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. Access is done by stairs (there is no lift) and it is located on the 3rd floor.
I do not wish to rent my own bedroom when I am away, that is why there are only 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms available for rent. Each bedroom has a double bed (one queen bed downstairs and one 140 cms large bed upstairs).
I have just moved into that loft and I truely love it. For the moment, no one has come into the apartment without saying "Waouuuu" when he/she comes in :)
It is super quiet and so well located in the trendiest area of Paris!
