Der Garten wird mit einem Pärchen (Mitte 20) aus der anderen Wohnung geteilt, wobei die Wohnung selbst alleine genutzt wird . Die Küche und alle Utensilien dürfen verwendet werden, sowie auch die Feuerstelle und natürlich der gesamte Außenbereich.

Wie man sehr gut auf den Fotos sieht, besteht die Wohnung aus einer geräumigen Küche mit großem Esstisch, einem Wohnzimmer mit gemütlicher Couch und Sessel sowie einem Piano, das nach Absprache auf benutzt werden darf. Über einen Durchgang, in dem auch das Bad/WC ist, kommt man ins Schlafzimmer mit einem 1,60m x 1,60m Bett mit zwei getrennten Matratzen. Das Schlafzimmer führt auch in den Garten, welcher gerade im Hochsommer angenehm kühl ist.
