The space
Villa Mela is a labour of love. We took care to choose a location that was serene and away from it all but at the same time close to Paros’ fantastic beaches, towns and amenities. The home was built with local architectural tradition in mind. It is white on the outside and totally in harmony with this beautiful island landscape. It has an enormous 10,000 m.sq. garden, verandas and patios, all with gorgeous sea and countryside views.

Having traveled extensively in the Americas, SE Asia and Europe, and being a demanding traveller myself, I adapted my experiences to my native Greece and combined them with our philoxenia: the ancient greek word that literally means a “friend to a stranger” and is synonymous to hospitality. For Greeks however, it is something deeper than that., it is an unspoken cultural law that shows generosity and courtesy to strangers. In addition, my personal relationship with each property owner allows me to make sure that everything runs smoothly, as desired, so that our every guest feels at home at our properties and takes a unique experience and unforgettable memories back home with them.
