A modern, comfortable apartment, ideally located opposite to the Venetian walls next to the sea. Just renovated during the spring of 2020, it is 5 minutes' walk from the historic Old Port, 2 minutes from a small beach and 8 minutes from the Bus Station (KTEL).

The space
The apartment is on the 4th floor, accessible with a 2-person elevator and it consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a narrow balcony you can catch a glimpse of the sea.The first bedroom has a large double bed and the second has two single beds that can become a double. The sofa in the living room becomes a twin-XL as well. In the bathroom you will find a shower as well as a washing machine and the kitchen is fully equipped for preparing breakfast and meals. A few meters from the entrance of the apartment building there is free public parking and a coffee shop.
