De woning is oorspronkelijk een kleine arbeiderswoning die uitgebreid is met een lange uitbouw en grote tuin. Van de voorkant naar de achterkant van de woning bevindt zich achtereenvolgens: gang, slaapkamer(dubbel bed), eetkamer (met trap naar kamer met 3 enkel bedden) , wc , keuken, badkamer, zitruimte, terras en tuin. Er is tevens een zijingang, ideaal om met de fiets uit te gaan.

Heel de woning is beschikbaar behalve een kleine slaapkamer, wasberging en tuinhuis.
Wasmachine beschikbaar op aanvraag en mits meerprijs.
