If you wish to spend some days like real Parisians (ideal for couple), this is your place in a cosy little appartment with separate kitchen-dining place, and one bedroom. 4th floor without elevator (the building counts 6 floors and was built in 1903), double orientation east and west (very clear and luminous), wooden floor all over : the big kitchen overlooks the street Bobillot and its nice trees, the bedroom overlooks the courtyard and Parisian roofs. The appartment is very calm. It is located in a place not well known by tourists, but appreciated by Parisians : the area of La Butte aux Cailles, old Parisian style with bistrots, bars, family-run restaurants, peaceful parks and squares, fresh-water swimming-pool, 1 minute walk to the métro station (3 lines), the bus station (4 lines), and the taxi station : easy access all over the city. A parking of public "velibs" (bicycles) in front of the building.
