There is plenty of room for a family, as we have two bedrooms with dobulebed/queensize bed) and the possibility of adding an extra mattress in the study. We have a small and beautiful garden and the surroundings are very quiet with no cars driving by.
We have very friendly and quiet neighbors, and we live less than 20 minutes by public transportation and 15 minutes by car to the City Center.
