Die Whg. hat 4 Balkone, die rund um die Wohnung verteilt sind. Der Hauptbalkon ist mit Sitzmöglichkeiten, Tisch und Barbecue ausgestattet. Von dort aus hat man einen gigantischen Blick übers Land und das Meer. Die Hausbeach (Lolantonis Beach) ist in 5 min mit dem Auto und in 25 min zu Fuß erreichbar.
