Cozy, 27m² room in centrally located shared student flat waiting for you to come.
Situated in a typical Viennese old building in walking distance to Schönbrunn castle, other parks, the zoo and the Mariahilfer Straße. Our flat benefits from a perfect connection to the Vienna public transport system. You'll reach the center (Mariahilfer Straße, Karlsplatz) within max. 15 minutes and still got nature around :)
Very welcome are also animals and musicians.
The space
You'd stay in a typical shared student flat with 5 friends of mine, all studying and speaking German and English as well as some other languages and happy to help you out and tell you some secret spots.
Bathroom, Toilet and kitchen are used together.
Smoking is allowed in the kitchen.
Guest access
Bathroom and Kitchen are shared with my other friends, it is required to keep them clean and arrange.
