Heerlijk rustige, karaktervolle architectenwoning (°1971) met zicht op natuurgebied.
Welkom in een vintage oase van ruimte en comfort. Geniet van de wondermooie natuurwandelingen in onze omgeving (vlakbij natuurgebied Oude Kale), neem onze fietsen en start meteen aan knooppunt 45 van de knooppuntenroute of rijd helemaal langs het water tot in Gent (10 km).
Wij zijn zelf op vakantie en onze poes Pip houdt jullie heel graag gezelschap. <3
The space
Onze lichtrijke woning heeft 340 m2 bewoonbare oppervlakte en overal grote ramen. De bovenruimte bestaat uit drie slaapkamers, twee badkamers, een toilet en een bureauruimte en werd volledig gerenoveerd in 2016. De benedenruimte bestaat uit een ruime vintage woonkamer met eet-en zithoek die uitkijkt op natuurgebied. De aangrenzende keuken werd nog niet gerenoveerd, maar alle toestellen zijn vernieuwd en werken goed. We hebben een dubbele garage die jullie kunnen gebruiken.
