Hey!

welcome to my little student single-bedroom apartment. All you need for a great time in Vienna! The shower is in the kitchen, a little ceramic workplace is under the bed, otherwise simple and comfortable stay.

The space
Gründerzeitgebäude mit hübschen alten Fenstern. Wohn/Schlafzimmer ist ca. 22 qm groß und hat zwei große Fenster, wer es frisch und luftig mag wird sich an der natürlichen Belüftung erfreuen. Meine Einrichtung ist aus Secondhandläden zusammengeklaubt, die Küche habe ich provisorisch zusammengezimmert. Ich liebe das Licht in meiner Wohnung und die Ruhe die man hier hat, man hört kaum etwas von draußen da ich in einer Sackgasse wohne.

My apartment is situated in an old building in a dead end street, has high ceilings and probably used to be part of a bigger apartment. Die Gegend ist das Nibelungenviertel und so besonders ist, dass es sehr ruhig ist und viele Bäume die Alleen in der Umgebung zieren. Außerdem ist man sehr schnell am Gürtel und bei der U3/U6, hat aber alle wichtigen Alltagsgeschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein kleines, hübsches Café lädt auf Mittagstisch und Abendbrot ein, das franzundjulius hat gerade aufgemacht und ist nur ein paar Schritte die Straße runter.
