I'm renting out my bedroom in our beautiful and new City Apartment. The flat is completely new and very modern. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and Dining room (~140 square meters).

Our Apartment lies in one of Viennas hippest and most beautiful districts and is in walking distance to Austria's largest Shopping street and the City center (2 Metro stations).

Walking distance to all major sightseeing places and perfect access to public transport. Quite apartment and bedroom with view into the private backyard but very close to many different restaurants, bars and shops.

Travel Details from the host -> I'm an open-minded traveller, born and raised in Germany but living in Vienna (Austria) for four years now. I enjoy socialising with other people, having a beer or wine with friends and doing sports (football, tennis, golf - you name it ;-)). What is more, I'm kinda into food - so trying out new restaurants is a definitely a hobby of mine. I appreciate having good conversations and doing things together - having a cook out, inviting some friends or having a drink in bar - with my roommates. However, I think that personal space and giving privacy is very important, too, when living together.
