Hi! This is my beloved working space (where I write, compose, sing, record and teach) which I am leasing when I'm not working. It's in an up-and-coming neighbourhood that is close to the center (5min walk + 6min U-Bahn and you're at Stephansplatz), I’ve renovated it with lots of love & care in 2018, with good materials (stone & wooden floors, built-in-bed w great mattress, organic paint, etc.). And there's a great market for grocerys, breakfast or lunch, bread, etc. nearby. I hope you like it!
