The two-storey tower has been built on the ruins of a Venetian defensive tower built during the period 1204 AD. The two-storey tower is one of the 12 towers of Messara which survives to this day. It has a height of 7.20 meters and dimensions of 5x10 and was built with the medieval defensively character, and functioned as an watchtower. It was built in the 16th and 17th centuries and the dominant material of the tower is stone and wood.
The space
The whole villa has a total area (1237.61 sq.m.) and has been renovated retaining its original materials, ie stone and wood. The villa inside consists of a two-storey tower that can accommodate 6 people with 2 bathrooms. It also consists of 2 independent ground floor stone houses, a garden with citrus trees, and lawn, a large outdoor courtyard with indoor parking space and a smaller courtyard.
