The space
There are 2 apartments in this villa and this is the ground floor one.

Guest access
The ground floor apartment is a full house that can accommodate up to 4 people with 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room that leads to our wonderful sea view veranda with outdoor table and chairs. The bathroom is designed with modern tastes and includes a walking shower.

Our guesthouse is located in the settlement of Aprovato and is 20 minutes away from the port of Andros (Gavrio) and 5 minutes from the beautiful Batsi. Here you will find absolute peace and quietness combined with comfort and luxury, an ideal vacation spot on a lush land of 2,500 sqm. with many olive trees and conifers, fragrant and colorful flowers – daisies, roses, bougainvillea – and a huge garden. Built on the slope of Mount Kouvaras, our two apartments all have views of the endless blue and the islands of Syros, Kythnos, Gyaros, Tzia, Makronisos and Rafina.
