Located in the beautiful hillside of Agii Apostoli district of Chania, the house was built in 2009 as part of a complex and consists of three levels.
It has a great overview of the whole area and is less than 300m from the beach.
You can also sit on the roof top terrace and enjoy majestic sunsets while enjoying drinks or cooking on the BBQ and relaxing with your loved ones, with an overview of the sea & mountains. Our roof top terrace is shared with "My Blue".

The maisonettes are part of a complex that was build in 2009 and consists of three levels. Access between floors is by stairs not elevator

It is in a well developed area with supermarkes, bakery, play- store, restaurants, coffee shops,ATM's, pharmacy, and bus stop which are all within walking distance.
In walking distance is Galatas village where composer Mikis Theodorakis was raised. There is a museum about him. Close to visit is Agia Lake, with children play ground and cafe's, for romantic getaways.
Limnoupolis Water Park is in 4 km for a day visit.
In 1 km is Irida beach bar-restaurant, where guests can have free parking, free umbrella in an almost private beach!!
