Nice and new beds. 2-3 minutes walk to the beautiful Nea Hora beach where there also are several good greek tavernas and restaurants. The fishharbour at the end of the beach garanties nice and fresh fish dishes.

Travel Details from the host -> I consider myself as a "handy man". My profession before I retired, was a city- and transportation planner in Stavanger, the fourth largest city in Norway. Now my wife, a former teacher in the Kindergarten and I are both retired since 9 years ago. We now spend up to 3-4 months every year at Crete. We love this Island of Crete nearly as much as Norway, and often we invite family and friends from Norway to come and visit with us. Most of all we appreciate the people of Crete, whom we have learnt as polite, kind and helpful. We also love how they treat foreigners with unselfishness and without snobbery. But also the variations in nature, climate as well as the healthy food you can eat, are important issues and qualities for us. We love to use the beaches and we swim a lot already from early spring and in the Autumn nearly up to Christmas time. My favorite mottoes: "Why wait until to morrow with things you can do already to day?" and "Better to do things roughly right than doing them precisely wrong"!
