Neighborbood Overview:

The apartment is located in the private community where residents highly value privacy and security. You will enjoy peace and quiet.
There are several beaches in the neighborhood. Outside the community:
1. Northern beach (on the north side of the peninsula) is wild with a lot of activities (dogs are allowed all the time). Entrance is at West 37 Street and Bayview Ave.
2. Coney Island beach/Brighton Beach is 2.3 miles worth of sandy beaches, parties, Coney Island Luna Park, Baseball Park, Carousel, Wonder Wheel, Nathans, other restaurants and bars (dogs are allowed on the beach off season). Closest entrance is at West 37 Street and Surf Ave.
These beaches are free to use year around.
There is a Swimming beach with the entrance at Beach 42nd street and Surf Ave inside the community, access is limited and not free ($15pp weekday, $20pp weekday). However, it is free from sunrise and 9AM and after 6PM till sunset. It is fully free of charge before Memorial Day a
