Newly renovated, very central 1 room apartment, 5 min walking distance to Austria’s largest shopping street Mariahilfer Strasse, the indoor zoo & aquarium Haus des Meeres, and metro stations U3 Zieglergasse & U4 Pilgramgasse. Bus 57A leaves in front of the house, taking you to the city center in less than 10 min. To Vienna’s open green market #1 the Naschmarkt, it’s a 10 min walk. 2 supermarkets, many different restaurants, bars and traditional cafés are located just outside of the apartment.

The space
It’s a big one room apartment with a kitchen niche that has everything guests need for a relaxed stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, stove, toaster, kettle and a coffee capsule machine. There’s also instant coffee, tea, sugar and milk available for free.
In case you are visiting for business, there is an iron, a small iron board and a Samsung printer/ scanner/ copy machine in the apartment.

The apartment is very central in a lively neighborhood. Austria’s largest shopping street ‘Mariahilfer Straße’ is around the corner just as Vienna’s most famous open green market the ‘Naschmarkt’. Also ‘Haus des Meeres’ - the House of the Sea is only a mere 5 minutes walk away just as the big ‘Apollo’ cinema for IMAX movies in German. English ‘Haydn’ cinema on Mariahilfer Straße is just around the corner as well.

‘Billa’ and ‘Spar’ supermarkets are literally just around the corner. On Sundays or after the official opening hours for groceries there are small snack shops in Pilgramgasse next to the metro station or you can take a short 10 min walk to Turkish ‘Schile Imbiss’ on Gumpendorferstrasse corner with Morizgasse (Morizgasse 8).
