Our house is located in the village of Agia Marina in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by olive trees. It is ideal for families, couples or friends. The cosmopolitan golden beach of the area is only 5 minutes away by walking.

The space
This is a two-storey bright apartment of 160m2 with private entrance, located in the village of Agia Marina. The transition to the entrance of the house and between floors is by stairs. Upstairs is an open space with two living room areas, TV, Hi-Fi, office desk, table football, as well as a double bedroom with a queen-size bed, a single bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub. The sofas are comfortable and, at the request of the client, can accommodate 2 more people (with extra charge). The living room and the double bedroom are equipped with A/C and the single bedroom with a fan. The living room has access to two terraces with table and chairs and there is also a small balcony at the bedroom.
