Our villa is more than suitable for couples, families with kids and pets. Your stay here will travel you back in time given that the villa along with the other few houses of the small settlement by the sea is not accessible by car. You can access our villa from Oia either on foot via the large staircase or by boat from Ammoudi port.

There is a small settlement with a few houses right in front of the clear waters of the caldera, which used to be the place where the locals kept their boats safe in winter time along with their relative equipment. Our villa is located just a few meters away from the sea.
There are two ways to access Armeni port:
1) By walking the large staircase (approx. 285 steps) from the center of Oia, which takes up to 20 mins hike for those who feel comfortable with it.
2) Further to an arrangement made by us we have ensured that our guests will be transported by a private boat and a captain with regard to their check in and check out. This service is included in the price of the villa. The boat will take our guests to Ammoudi port, which is accessible by car and from there they can use their car/scooter/atv or they can take a taxi-van for t
