During summer, the Canal banks get very lively. It is the perfect spot to get a taste of the Parisian life. The space
This large 52m2 apartment with a balcony is located on the second floor (with elevator). It will provide all the comfort you’ll need:
- Large living room: sofa bed, dining table, TV, DVD player, piano, balcony
- Fully equipped kitchen (kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher...)
- Bedroom with double bed
- Bathroom with walk-in shower (Italian style)
- Separate toilets
The cleaning fees include clean sheets and towels for each guest. Cleaning is carried out by a cleaning agent.
The apartment is not equipped with an air conditioning system, sorry for the inconvenience!

Neighborbood Overview:
During summer, the area around the canal and the Bassin de la Villette get very lively. During the day, there are so much activities, even for children, along the banks. The Parc de la Villette is really near as well, for a walk in the garden or for visiting the museums (as the Cité de l'Industrie & the Cité de la Musique. Note that the Cité des Enfants is a museum with science exhibitions dedicated to children, very instructive). You can also sail on the canal with licence free little boats. At night, the area become festive, there are a lot of bars along the canal or even on barges, although the street remains quiet.
