I am a University Professor and resercher at the Sorbonne Université in Paris. ,I I specialise in physics and astrophysics; I did my studies in UK at Oxford and Imperial college and then I travelled around the world for my postdoctoral studies. Finally I settled down in the magical city of Paris. I have lived in Paris for 16 years now. I live in the 5th district of Paris which in my opinion is the heart of intellectual Paris. It is full of excellent bookshops, cafes, museums, theatres, art cinemas...... and is lively day and night with its young student population. I love it.... (as a side remark; I am specially concerned with cleaning. I always ask for the apartment to be cleaned with high pressure steam after the departure of each guest. In my own house we always take off shoes at the entrance. In this hard times, I believe hygiene is exceptionally important. )
