Hello! I rent my cosy and clean flat in the center of Paris (rue Montorgueil, a nice pedestrian street with many cafés and shops). Public transportation is very near: 1-3 minutes walk to metro stations "Sentier", "Etienne Marcel" or "Chatelet/ Les Halles" (direct connections to airport CDG + train stations). Several tourist attractions are easy to reach by foot (Louvre, Tuileries Gardens, Centre Pompidou: 10 minutes. Notre Dame, Le Marais: ~ 15 minutes).

The space
The whole flat is around 42 square meters and is located on the 3rd floor. Please note that there is no elevator and the staircase is quite narrow (don't worry, on your arrival and departure I can help you with the luggage!).

The living room (22 square meters) overlooks the lively pedestrian street "rue Montorgueil", but thanks to well-isolated windows, it is not noisy at night (furthermore, all main restaurants and cafes close around midnight at the latest). Neighborbood Overview:

The flat is located in the 2nd arrondissement (75002 Paris), i.e. in the direct center of the city. The neighbourhood is a very nice and safe area. You can stroll around and explore many places by foot (several times, friends visiting me had bought a day pass for public transportation and finally never used it, as they walked everywhere instead :-)). In the street (rue Montorgueil), there are many cafés, restaurants and bars - as well as several supermarkets, bakeries and patisseries. Most of them are open 7 days a week. During spring/summer time, I recommend that you do like the locals - prepare some snacks in the kitchen (or grab some food at the shops or take-away restaurants nearby) and then enjoy a picknick at the Seine river (10-15 minutes walking to the popular "Pont des Arts"). A picknick blanket is at your disposal.
