-My closest neighbors are policemen from the police station at 100m so the building is very quiet :)
-On the front is the French ministry of fisheries and agriculture. That the reason why you can see a great French flag by the window, and that means no overlooked.
-You have a supermarket at 10 meters.
-You have the headquarters of the “Republicain“ at 20meters. It's the political party of the former French president Nicolas Sarkozy. If you are lucky enough you can see him.
And at 100 meters you have one of the biggest police station of Paris with the subway (Line 12).
