Nice and large private bedroom in a 60m2 apartment.
The place consists of 2 bedrooms (my friend Anne-Claire and me). There is a large living room, a cute kitchen, a bathroom and a 25m2 terrace orientated south so very lightful !
From the bedroom, you can directly access and enjoy the terrace :)
The space
You will be more than welcome to use the whole flat except the other room where Anne-Claire lives. Feel free to enjoy a meal in the living room, cook in the kitchen, get breakfast on the terrace...
What's the best about the place is definitely the quite and sunny terrace. The place feel like an house as big it is for Paris !

The place is 3 min from Guy Moquet metro station (line 13) and 5 min from Lamarck Caulaincourt (line 12). Montmartre and Place de Clichy are only 10min walk.
